Purpose of Appeal: I'm here to request an extension. My sister Colleen, who I co-owned the property with, passed away on January 26th, 2025. She had severe mental health issues and as a result I was not notified of house issues.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul Mulcahy to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 272 RICHMOND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive vacant building fee for 90 days to May 10, 2025 and allow permits; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
