Amending the financing and spending plans in the General Government Capital Projects in the amount of $105,000 for the public art project at the Fire Department Headquarters/Station 1 building.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to transfer public art funding of $105,000 from the new Fire Station 7 project and the remodel of Fire Station 3 to a public art project at the Fire Department headquarters/Station 1 building, as authorized in the Public Art Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the public art project for Fire Department headquarters/Station 1 building is $105,000; and
WHEREAS, the spending and financing plans have not been established for this project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer of appropriation funds of $105,000 in the Capital Project Improvement Budget; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long-Range Capital Improvement Committee that the $105,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Project Budget, and that said budget, heretofore adopted by the Council, is hereby further amended by the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
