BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on October 20, 2010 and motion of intent hereby memorializes the decisions for the following:
 
1. Grant the appeal with conditions for Ronald Staeheli at 906 Charles Avenue in reference to the September 2, 2010 Summary Abatement Order;
 
2. Deny the appeal and extension granted of Albert M. Johnson at 699 Arcade Street in reference to the September 15, 2010 Notice of Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate letter;
 
3. Deny the appeal and extension granted to November 30, 2010 for all other items and egress windows variances granted of Mary Kaye on behalf of Dan Furlong at 880 Clark Street in reference to the September 14, 2010 Notice of Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate letter;
 
4. Grant the appeal of Bryan Horton, Renewal by Andersen, at 2244 Dellridge Avenue in reference to the September 24, 2010 Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination Form;
 
5. Deny the appeal and extension granted of Jon Starbeck at 934 Juno Avenue in reference to the October 11, 2010 Code Enforcement Correction Notice and Vacant Building Registration Notice and Fee letter;
 
6. Deny the appeal and the vacant building fee waived until October 31, 2010 of James Yacoub at 638-640 Oakdale Avenue in reference to the September 9, 2010 Notice of Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate letter;
 
7. Grant the appeal on Item 13; Item 16 is in compliance; grant the ceiling height variance; and 60-day extension granted of Jeff Tschetter at 737-739 Stewart Avenue in reference to the September 1, 2010 Fire Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List.
