Purpose of Appeal: Ceiling height for upper bedroom that has been there for over 30 years and passed many CO occupancy inspections over the years with nothing being changed. Ceiling is just over 80" high. This would cause severe hardship if not approved as a living space.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Alan Conard to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1339 PAYNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
