Adopting the 2020 Stormwater Permit Annual Report.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul was reissued a federally mandated stormwater discharge permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) on July 12, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to develop a Stormwater Management Program and submit an Annual Report documenting the implementation of this program; and

WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to submit a Council Resolution adopting the Annual Report; and

WHEREAS, a public comment period was held on this Annual Report from May 14^th to June 14^th, 2021; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul adopts the “2020 Stormwater Permit Annual Report” for submittal to the MPCA.
