Purpose of Appeal
Appellant fully complied with City's August 12, 2010 correction notice, which was based upon a referral, not cited violations and does not believe a "bed bug" problem exists. As the correction notice only directed curative actions concerning "deficiencies" that do exist and as the inspection did not reveal their existence, the revocation notice is not property. See attached letter to Inspector Lisa Martin, dated September 14, 2010.
