Title

Appeal of Bigos Management to a Rent Stabilization Determination at 172 SIXTH STREET EAST, Apt 1407.

Purpose of Appeal

The Property Management attempted several times to meet with the resident to have him sign a agreement to mutually terminate his lease and move out as soon as possible. Due to the fact that there were drugs found in his home, which is a lease violation management felt that filling for eviction for just cause was the only way to get him move out. We are appealing the denial of the just cause vacancy application because of the circumstances of drugs being found in the home. The resident was arrested, and our numerous attempts to mutually terminate the lease before we finally resorted to filling eviction for cause.
