WHEREAS, the rate of pay for the classification of Assistant Chief of Police be changed from that set forth in Grade 035 to that set forth in the new Grade 38C, as outlined below, of the Employee Group 17, Non-Represented City Managers, Salary Schedule, and be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Assistant Chief of Police be changed from Grade 035 to the new Grade 38C in Employee Group 17, Non-Represented City Managers. This resolution and new rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution and be retroactive to closest pay period to April 1, 2026.
