Amending Chapter 167.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to update references.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1

Section 167.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Sec. 167.01. - Permits required.

No commercial vehicle, other than one possessing a Certificate of Registration for a For-Hire Motor Carrier of Property issued by the Minnesota Department of Transportation bearing State of Minnesota commercial vehicle license plates or Interstate Commerce Commission local cartage carrier (LCC), courier service carrier (CSC), contract carrier (CC), regular route common carrier (RRCC) or irregular route common carrier (IRCC) permit or placard, shall be parked in accordance with the provisions of section 160.04 of this Legislative Code without special parking permit placards issued by the City of Saint Paul and displayed in accordance with this chapter. In the case of a vehicle possessing a Certificate of Registration for a For-Hire Motor Carrier of Property issued by the Minnesota Department of Transportation, that Certificate shall be placed between the driver's side dashboard and the windshield of the vehicle.

Section 2

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days following its passage, approval and publication.
