Authorizing the Fire Department to accept the donation of a grill valued at $3,400 from Emmett and Saji-Ya and the Saint Paul Fire Foundation.

WHEREAS, Emmett and Saji-Ya and the Saint Paul Fire Foundation have offered to donate a grill valued at $3,400 to Fire Station 3; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to accept the donation of the grill; and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of the donation of the grill is to provide the firefighters another option for cooking shared meals together in the newly renovated fire station; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Saint Paul City Council accepts the donation of the grill from Emmett and Saji-Ya and the Saint Paul Fire Foundation and thanks the organizations for their generous donation.
