WHEREAS, on October 8, 2025, Palace Pizza LLC d/b/a Palace Pub (License ID #20230000953) applied for the addition of a Gambling Location license to the existing Liquor On-Sale 181-290 seats, Liquor On-Sale Sunday, Liquor On-Sale 2 AM Closing, Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Entertainment (B) license for the premises located at 33 7th Place W.; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on November 7, 2025, with a response date of November 22, 2025; and
WHEREAS, no objections were received in response to the notification and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the added license; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the addition of the Gambling Location license to the existing Liquor On-Sale 181-290 seats, Liquor On-Sale Sunday, Liquor On-Sale 2 AM Closing, Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Entertainment (B) license is hereby approved and issued to Palace Pizza LLC d/b/a Palace Pub (License ID #20230000953) for the premises located at 33 7th Place W., with no licensing conditions.
