Title
Appeal of Robert Gotch to a Vacant Building Registration Fee and a Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 935-937 SHERBURNE AVNEUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, June 11, 2019, 11:30 a.m.
Purpose of Appeal: The water has been turned back on. When I was made aware that it had been turned off, I was not aware that the bill had been unpaid by my ex-wife. I work out of town 28 days per month so I am rarely at home. I just received notice on 5/29/19. (paraphrased)
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: May 31, 2019
Inspector/Key Staff: Mike Kalis/Sean Westenhofer
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant came in to file an appeal on his water shutoff. Staff found a vacant building notice dated today (5/31/2019). -rrn
Fire C of O - can you advise on how this didn't get pulled into the C of O Program? Looks like son deeded his interest back to his parents who live out of town. -MM
Code - Is the water off for both 937 and 935 Sherburne (duplex). I'm assuming it is.-MM
