WHEREAS, NS LLC d/b/a Pizza Maya applied for a Gambling Location license (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-003262-2026) to be added to the existing Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale--Sunday licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-000216-2025) for the premises located at 1324 7th St. W. in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on August 24, 2026, with a response date of September 8, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the application for the Gambling Location license (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-003262-2026); now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the application for the addition of a Gambling Location license (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-003262-2026) to the existing Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale--Sunday licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-000216-2025) is hereby approved and the license issued to NS LLC d/b/a Pizza Maya for the premises located at 1324 7th St. W. in Saint Paul, with the following license conditions:
1. Licensee agrees to operate the establishment in compliance with Section 409.02 of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code as a “Restaurant”.
2. Licensee agrees to close the establishment at 12:00 a.m. midnight. All patron/customers shall vacate the premises by 12:30 a.m. each day of the week as per Section 409.02 of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code.
