Whereas, District 10 has leased space with the Department of Parks and Recreation
Whereas, that space has been at the Como Streetcar Station
Whereas, Parks and Recreation and District 10 have agreed to renew the attached lease for one year
Resolved that the Mayor, will give the proper City officials the authority to execute the attached lease that is for one year or less for the Como Streetcar Station.
