Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during October 1 to 12, 2018. (File No. J1909A, Assessment No. 198508)

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-2015 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time time period of October 1 to October 12, 2018; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 6, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

 

RLH TA 19-33:  37 Atwater Street;

RLH TA 19-40:  500 Bellows Street;

RLH TA 19-37:  530 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 19-45:  880 Jackson Street;

RLH TA 19-53:  899 Jenks Avenue;

RLH TA 19-46:  1186 Margaret Street;

RLH TA 19-35:  1264 Margaret Street;

RLH TA 19-48:  1475 Pacific Street;

RLH TA 19-19:  733 Sherburne Avenue;

RLH TA 19-38:  1470 Thomas Avenue; and be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
