WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classification of Human Resources Manager II; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job audit instruct that the rate of pay for Human Resources Manager II be established at the rate set forth in Grade 028, Employee Group 17, Non-Represented Managers; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Human Resources Manager II be established at the rate set forth in Grade 028, of Employee Group 17, Non-Represented Managers. This classification and rate of pay is to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
