Designating Hnuchee Vang and Nickolaus Stumo-Langer, Assistant Mayors, as the assistants to the mayor designated to execute any of the contracts described in Section 86.01(a) of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, as amended, that the mayor or executive assistant to the mayor are authorized to execute.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul mayor, pursuant to Section 86.01(a) of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, as recently amended, may designate up to three (3) assistants to the mayor to execute any of the contracts described in Section 86.01(a) that the mayor or executive assistant to the mayor are authorized to execute; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Kaohly Her wishes to designate Hnuchee Vang and Nickolaus Stumo-Langer, Assistant Mayors, as the assistants to the mayor that are authorized to execute any of the contracts described in Section 86.01(a) that the mayor or executive assistant to the mayor are authorized to execute; now, therefore, be it
ORDERED, by Mayor Kaohly Her, that Hnuchee Vang and Nickolaus Stumo-Langer, Assistant Mayors, are each hereby authorized to execute any of the contracts described in Section 86.01(a) of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, as amended, that the mayor or the executive assistant to the mayor are authorized to execute
