WHEREAS on February 16, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-333, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Tree Removal services during the month of November, 2010. (File No. 1104T, Asmt No. 119091); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1344 Fremont Avenue, being described as: E R Bryants Sub Of B15 16 Stin Lots 1 And Lot 2 Blk 15, with the property identifification number 34-29-22-23-0100 was assessed an amount of $867.73; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Forestry recommends deleting the assessment it was made in error; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $867.73, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-333 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
