WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classification of Assessment Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job audit instruct that the rate of pay for Assessment Supervisor be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 021 to the rate set forth in Grade 020, Employee Group 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Assessment Supervisor be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 021 to the rate set forth in Grade 020, of Employee Group 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization. This classification and rate of pay is to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
