Ratifying the assessments for Graffiti Removal services from November 6 to December 21, 2015. (File No. J1606P, Assessment No. 168405)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-145 accepted the Report of Completion for Graffiti Removal on Private Properties during the time period of November 6 to December 21, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 20, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 16-100: 149-153 Duke Street;
RLH TA 16-102: 955 Mackubin Street;
RLH TA 16-101: 51 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 16-98: 78 Tenth Street West, #401;
RLH TA 16-120: 43 Seventh Street West (Roll under 39 Seventh Street West);
RLH TA 16-118: 1746 Sims Avenue;
RLH TA 16-104: 1619 University Avenue West; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
