Approving the application for change of ownership to the Auto Repair Garage (DSIBLAUTO-000130-2025) and Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle Parts (DSIBLAUTO-000147-2025) licenses now held by Mister Tire LLC d/b/a Mister Tire (License ID # DSIBLAUTO-000130-2025 and DSIBLAUTO-000147-2025) for the premises located at 1201 Rice St.

Body

WHEREAS, on June 24, 2025, Mister Tire LLC d/b/a Mister Tire (License ID # DSIBLAUTO-000130-2025 and DSIBLAUTO-000147-2025) applied for a change of ownership to the Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle Parts licenses for the premises located at 1201 Rice St.; and

WHEREAS, on October 29, 2025, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of November 13, 2025; and

WHEREAS, on November 21, 2025, the licensee signed a License Condition Affidavit agreeing to follow all conditions that are in place; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, the change of ownership for an Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle Parts licenses is hereby approved and the licenses issued to Mister Tire LLC d/b/a Mister Tire (License ID # DSIBLAUTO-000130-2025 and DSIBLAUTO-000147-2025) for the premises located at 1201 Rice St. with the following license conditions:

1.                     All customer, employee and business vehicles must be parked in accordance with the approved site/parking plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) dated 1/13/2021. The number of vehicles parked on the property shall not exceed that shown on the approved plan.

2.                     The parking lot shall be striped in accordance with the approved site/parking plan on file with DSI dated 1/13/2021.

3.                     There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires, oil or any other similar materials...
