RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the Settlement Agreement and Release with DoubleTree Hotel and the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from Accounting Unit 69082105-74205-0 Settlements, the sum of $53,000.00 as full settlement of the claim for damages sustained on August 4, 2017 at 411 Minnesota Street in the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
