WHEREAS, Cedar Street Parking Partners d/b/a Cedar Street Parking Partners (License ID 20240000750) applied for a Parking Ramp - New Location license for the premises located at 379 Cedar Street., in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on May 10, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; with a response date of May 25, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the May 10, 2024, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Parking Ramp - New Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Parking Ramp - New Location license is hereby approved and issued to Cedar Street Parking Partners d/b/a Cedar Street Parking Partners (License ID 20240000750) for the premises located at 379 Cedar Street., in Saint Paul with no existing license conditions.
