Appeal of Jessica Justat to a Summary Abatement Order at 1070 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST.
Purpose of Appeal
The summary of abatement order to remove a couch from the backyard was cited to the incorrect address. My neighbors, whom I share a property line with, have the cited couch on their property and have for months. Our houses are similar colors however my property has a 6 ft wooden fence around it. There is no trash, furniture, rubbish, building material or any other citable offense on the property of 1070 Minnehaha Avenue East.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jessica Justat to a Summary Abatement Order at 1070 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
