Pertaining to a 2024 Budget Amendment No. 10 in the IS AU 69082140: reallocate $200,000 from General Professional Services to EAMS capital project and transfer $450,000 from materials to services.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul (“Board”) adopted its 2024 budget in September 2023; and
WHEREAS, Board staff has analyzed financial data in the IS AU 69082140 and recognized the need for reallocating funds to the EAMS capital project and transfer of funds from materials to services; and
WHEREAS,, the administrative order will result in no increase or decrease to spending, it will transfer the budget to where it is needed; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Board of Water Commissioners to amend the 2024 budget in the spending budget of the Water Utility Fund, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
