WHEREAS on December 17, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2025. (File No. CG25Q2B5, Assessment No. 250122); and
WHEREAS, the property at 848 Orange Avenue East, being described as: Wilder’s Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota Ex N 1 Ft for Ave Lot 8 Blk 2, with the property identification number 21-29-22-33-0063 was assessed an amount of $119.06; and
WHEREAS, Public Works notified our office that the File No. CG25Q2B5 and assessment No. 250122 for 848 Orange Avenue East were incorrect and should be File No. YW25Q2B1, Assessment No. 250500; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Council File No. RLH AR 25-103 is hereby amended.
