Adopting the 2023 Stormwater Permit Annual Report.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul was reissued a federally mandated stormwater permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) on July 12th, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to develop a Stormwater Management Program and submit an Annual Report documenting the implementation of this program; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to submit a Council Resolution adopting the Annual Report; and
WHEREAS, a public comment period was held on this Annual Report from April 29th to June 3rd, 2024 and a public meeting was held on this Annual Report June 1st, 2024; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul adopts the “2023 Stormwater Permit Annual Report” for submission to the MPCA.
