WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of William Lowe and Paula A. Eklund-Lowe to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1885 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST the City Council denied the appeal and granted an extension to November 1, 2011 foe compliance witht he orders; and
WHEREAS, due to circumstances beyond the control of the William Lowe, the deadline proved to be un-manageable; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby grants an extension to January 1, 2012 for compliance with the July 28, 2011 Orders conditioned upon the repair of the chimney by November 23, 2011.
