Body

WHEREAS, Highland Area Community Council-District 15 wishes to enter into a two-year agreement with the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation for leased office space at Hillcrest Recreation Center; and

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code §86.03(b)(1) requires that any lease of parkland or recreational facilities for a period of more than one year be approved by the city council; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Department of Parks and Recreation is authorized to enter into a two-year lease agreement with the Highland Area Community Council, District 15.
