Body

WHEREAS on September 11, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-74, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902A1, Assessment No. 190101); and

WHEREAS, the property at 414 Dayton Avenue, being described as: Kern’s Addition to St. Paul Lot 11 Blk 2, with the property identification number 01-28-23-21-0033 was assessed an amount of $345.89; and

WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends reducing the assessment from $345.89 to $198.52 due an incorrect amount; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $345.89, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $198.52.  Council File No. RLH AR 19-74 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
