Title

Amending the financing and spending plans in the Police Department grant fund in the amount of $38,334 for the Mental Health Collaboration grant.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department was awarded and accepted the Mental Health Collaboration Program 2017 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice (RES 17-1642); and

WHEREAS, the 2017 financing and spending plan needs to be amended and activity budget added for these funds; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $38,334 in excess of those estimated in the 2017 budget and recommends the following changes; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves these changes to the 2017 budget.
