Be it resolved, that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Tort Liability Fund 1-1004``00-74205 to the Illinois Farmers Insurance Company in the amount of twelve thousand eight hundred and eighteen dollars and twenty-nine cents ($12,818.29) in full and final settlement of their liability claim stemming from an auto incident on or about September 26, 2024 in Saint Paul, MN.
