WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classification of Accounting Director; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job audit instruct that the rate of pay for Accounting Director be established at the rate set forth in Grade 028, Employee Group 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Accounting Director be established at the rate set forth in Grade 028, of Employee Group 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization. This classification and rate of pay is to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
