Amending Council File RES PH 21-155 to reduce the assessment for repair of sanitary sewer line on private property from January to March 2021 at 2238 Dayton Ave. (File No. SWRP2102, Assessment No. 213002)

WHEREAS, on July 7, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 21-155, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the months of January to March 2021. (File No. SWRP2102, Assessment No. 213002); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2238 Dayton Ave, being described as: Desnoyer Park Ramsey Co., Minn. Lot 1, Blk 56 with the property identification number 05-28-23-12-0026 was assessed an amount of $8,410.00; and
WHEREAS, the Sanitary Sewer Department recommends a reduction in the amount of $4,350.00 on the following assessment as the original project included both the Sanitary Sewer and Lead Water work on one invoice. The Assessment office will re-assess the Replacement of Lead Water Portion ; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 21-155 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
