Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the Trunk Highway 51 (Snelling) Project from Montreal to Ford Parkway.
Body
WHEREAS, MnDOT has a project on Trunk Highway 51 from Montreal to Ford Parkway; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT will perform storm sewer, sanitary sewer, signing, lighting and signal system construction as a part of this project; and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to participate in the cost and furnish materials as outlined in the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City’s maintenance responsibilities are defined in the agreement; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into MnDOT Agreement No.1054063 with the State of Minnesota, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and, be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
