Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the Metropolitan Council for the METRO G Line Bus Rapid Transit Project.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council plans to construct the METRO G Line Bus Rapid Transit Project primarily along Rice Street and Robert Street from Little Canada through downtown Saint Paul to the Dakota County Northern Service Center in West Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Metropolitan Council agree to work cooperatively for the efficient construction of this project as outlined in the agreement; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Metropolitan Council Agreement No. 25I038, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and, be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the agreement and any amendments to the agreement.
