Body

WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has been offered a donation of $925 from Iron Riders Technologies for the purchase of an AED unit for Langford Park Recreation Center; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation would use the donation to purchase a Phillips HeadStart Automated External Defibrillator; and

WHEREAS,  having an AED available at the recreation center would benefit the public health and safety; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts the donation for its intended purpose and thanks Iron Riders Technologies for its generous gift.
