Authorizing the City to enter into a cooperative agreement with Ramsey County for the Lexington Parkway Project between Shepard Road and Adrian Street.
Body
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has a project on Lexington Parkway between Shepard Road and Adrian Street; and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to participate in the cost of this project; and
WHEREAS, the cost participation, ownership and maintenance responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of this project are defined in the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the agreement contains a mutual indemnification clause, which the Council finds reasonable and appropriate; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PW 2022-09R, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
