WHEREAS, on April 3, 2024, Taher Inc d/b/a Forepaugh’s Restaurant (License ID 20240000751) applied for a Liquor on Sale - 291 or more seats, Liquor on Sale - Sunday, Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) - New Location license for the premises located at 276 Exchange St S., in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; with a response date of June 1, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the May 17, 2024, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Liquor on Sale - 291 or more seats, Liquor on Sale - Sunday, Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) - New Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor on Sale - 291 or more seats, Liquor on Sale - Sunday, Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) - New Location license is hereby approved and issued to Taher Inc d/b/a Forepaugh’s Restaurant (License ID 20240000751) for the premises located at 276 Exchange St S., in Saint Paul with no existing licensing conditions.
