Appeal of L. Lee Coulter to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1065 EDGEWATER BOULEVARD.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, June 8, 2021, teleconference between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: This is not rental property. Our current plans call for extensive renovation of bathroom, kitchen, and porch area. And, to sell property when renovations are completed. The time requirement under Correction Notice cannot be met. Because of the trade, materials, and permit requirement.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant originally wanted to appeal the 4/21/21 notice, but the appeal was untimely and not accepted. Staff held onto paperwork until a new notice was available to appeal.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of L. Lee Coulter to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1065 EDGEWATER BOULEVARD, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to January 1, 2022 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated or property sold or the property will be referred to the Registered Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
