Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 2135 CASE AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 24-35.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-35 on June 12, 2024 which granted an extension to July 8, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 2135 Case Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 9, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated but will grant until July 16, 2024; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is forthcoming, pending July 16, 2024 update.
