Be it resolved, that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department Tort Liability Fund 1-10031500-74205 to Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben Law Firm in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) in full and final settlement of their liability damage stemming from an auto incident on or about August 8, 2024 in Saint Paul, MN.
