WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Dinh Thong to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 899 BURR STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive vacant building fee through December 1, 2024. Contract for deed must be registered with the County or Fire Certificate of Occupancy applied for by December 2, 2024 to be released from Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
