RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached Lease agreement with the State of Minnesota for use of their Arden Hills Army Training Site Grounds and Facilities (AHATS) for the dates of September 27, 2016 through September 29, 2016.   This lease includes an indemnification clause.
