WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Raim Abdurakhimov to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and a Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 935 GERANIUM AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council change Vacant Building status to Category 1, allowing permits to be pulled and waive vacant building fee for 60 days to April 13, 2026 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
