Making finding on the appealed of Karen Nowak to a nuisance abatement ordered for 121 CURTICE STREET EAST in Council File RLH SAO 24-62.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-62 on September 25, 2024 which granted an extension to October 11, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions (overhanging vegetations) at 121 Curtice Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 15, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
