Purpose of Appeal:
Summary Abatement Order - Dumpster is gone. Some bldg. materials are for rear deck project with permit, scaffold (green) is for project, cluttered storage and tarp items working to eliminate and weather is permitting to accomplish things now. Thank you very much for your patience.
Vehicle Abatement Order - 1) Toyota LRE 811-current tabs now. 2) Honda LRE 813-had current tabs as of Sept. 26, have to get old front plate off to install new, rear was ok, moving vehicle when tires filled. 3) Tarped vehicle-moving to garage site. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Michael Corcoran to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 1478 AMES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
