Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a subscriber agreement with Thompson Reuters, West Publishing which includes limitations and additional subscriber terms.
Body
WHEREAS, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department requests authorization to enter into a service agreement with Thompson Reuters, West Publishing which includes limitations and additional subscriber terms; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is for access to the clear software program; and
WHEREAS, the agreement will supersede the existing agreement which has an expiration of December 31, 2015 and will enhance the department's communication efforts; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes Chief Thomas Smith and the proper city officials to execute and implement said agreement with Thompson Reuters, West Publishing in a form and content substantially as set forth in the attached.
