WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 19-1281 accepted the Report of Completion for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Property as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of April to June 2017 at 876 Galtier St.; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on September 18, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes, Chapter 504 Laws of Minnesota 1994 and Chapter 63 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment shall be payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
