Making finding on the appeal of Richard Schoolmeesters to a nuisance abatement ordered for 1111 FOURTH STREET EAST in Council File RLH SAO 26-88.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-88 on September 16, 2026 which granted an extension to October 16, 2026 for all compliance on orders to abate the nuisance conditions at 1111 Fourth Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 20, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
